I learned to shoot on film back in the 80's on a Canon AE-1 and I was always fascinated with taking double exposures. It was a mystery, a work of art and the results were always somewhat unexpected. Doing the same in Photoshop is just not the same. Results can be cool but there is something about doing it in camera that I really like.
Recently I decided to slow down some and pay attention to the "creative" settings on my Canon 5D Mark III and mess around with multiple exposures. It felt almost like the good old days...messing around with exposures, layering and subject placement. I know others have been doing this for awhile but it was nice to take a break from "work"and play around some and step back into my past.
